Join us for the 1st annual craveABLEs Cup, a family-friendly mini golf tournament where fun meets impact! Grab a team of four and compete for prizes, enjoy lunch, ice cream, and help us create inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Every swing supports our mission, so come putt for a purpose and make a difference!

May 17th at Tiny Town Mini Golf

10AM to 4PM
A Team Entry Includes:
1 round of mini golf for 4 people
lunch from County Smoak
ice cream from craveABLEs
an afternoon of music, dancing, games, and fun!
Cup Schedule
10:00AM - 10:50AM Arrival and Check-In
11:00AM-2:00PM Golf, Lunches, Ice Cream & Music
Teams will be assigned group numbers and will rotate through lunch, golf, and music and yard games.
2:00PM-2:30PM Music and Games (while scores are tallied)
2:30PM-3:00PM Wrap up! Winners announced, thank you, dancing and games for remainder of time.
Prizes
The team with the best score will be named craveABLEs Cup Champion. They will win a trophy along with a basket full of goodies that include merch, gift cards, and items from Lynchburg businesses.
The team that wins best dressed (voted on by selected judges) will receive a craveABLEs Bundle including gift cards to craveABLEs and merch.

Lunch will be a BBQ sandwich from County Smoak, chips, a drink, and craveABLEs ice cream.

If you can only attend for a certain amount of time, please email info@craveables.org and we will try to assign you to the round that best accommodates your needs. Please see the schedule for the day to see the times for rounds.

No, you do not have to dress in a theme but we encourage you to because it adds another layer of fun and you could win a prize? It could be anything your team chooses- disney characters, 70’s disco, superheroes, we just can’t wait to see how creative you all are!

Please email info@craveables.org and let us know if you have young children playing in the cup. We will try to schedule your group to go last, having you arrive later, and a shorter day!

The first 6 holes of Tiny Town mini-golf are wheelchair accessible, however there are stairs to the remainder of the holes.

Yes, there is one ADA bathroom available on site.
